Binge watched it. I liked it but it moved kind of slow.
It started pick up the pace a bit but still slow at times, up to episode 7. We've started watching The Alienist on TNT, not bad so far, good job with the sets, acting and writing.
I enjoy the alienist. It's based on a pretty good book so has an actual plot. Pretty graphic tho
I read the book a few years ago and liked it...you're correct about the graphic scenes, not recommended for those with weak stomachs.

I’ve watched the first 2 episodes of black mirror. I don’t get the love. It’s nonsensical and no point at all. Not particularly entertaining to me

Black Mirror is hit or miss. Some episodes are great, some are terrible.

I was just thinking about Frankenstein Chronicals. Almost started it this weekend and never got around to it.
it's creepy and got ned stark, but it doesn't seem as good as Ripper Street or Copper. I might go back to it, but it didn't grab me
I'm enjoying The Frankenstein Chronicles. Yes, like most series' it starts good but gets slow through the middle then heats up at the end. It's a different approach to the traditional Frank story in that it's not so much about "the monster" as it is the people trying to do it. Nice twist at the end of season 1 when
SpoilerShow
it suddenly becomes a LOT about the monster
. 3 eps into season 2 and still enjoying it.

In no particular order, here's a few that come to mind:

S3E1, "Nosedive," but that could just be because I like Dallas Bryce Howard.
S4E5, "Metalhead"
S4E3, "Crocodile"
S4E4, "Hang the DJ"
S4E6, "Black Museum"
S2E4, "White Christmas"
S2E2, "Be Right Back"

A lot of people like "San Junipero" (S3E4), but it didn't do it for me.

Just ran through all of Mindhunter in the past few days. Really well done. Visually and subject wise, it felt like a cousin to Zodiac.

It dragged a bit here and there when they weren't talking to the psycos, bit I was never truly bored.

The intercuts of the BTK killer, without even mentioning BTK were cool.
The wife and I are watching it now. Pretty good.

Nikita on Netflix. It’s weird that she’s Asian and not Russian.

Anyone else still watching Walking Dead? Last couple episodes got better than the season started off at least. Sorta. Last episode was pretty good.

Finished The Frankenstein Chronicles. Not over the top good but it's an interesting re-telling of the Frankenstein story.

Just finished last night. Very good.

And to answer Juggs's question about TWD...no. I didn't even finish the first half of the season. Maybe I'll go back to it. Maybe not.

I'm not watching anymore either. I never really loved it to begin with, getting killed by slow moving zombies is just stupid to me, especially after you know what they are and what their weaknesses are. But I watched with the wife and when it got too stupid for her then we both tapped out. I've put a lot of time into it though so I'll check up on spoilers. I'm rooting for the zombies now anyway, these people are too dumb to live.

In fairness, people rarely get bit by zombies now. They're just props and occasionally used as weapons. Carl is a rare exception. It's been people killing people for seasons.
