Surprised that makes the news in Duval. Few years back we passed through Jax about 2:00am. There was a homeless person pushing a shopping cart down 95 and the front of the cart was on fire. I could see the flames rising in my rear view mirror.

I just started watching the good place, I'm on episode 4 where the asian talks about him hitting a manatee on his jet ski and how it happens all the time in Jax. My neighbor hit one a couple months ago on his jet ski and he hit his head on the handlebars and got knocked out. Luckily he was wearing a life jacket.

But the worst of FL, IMO, is from Belleview due south to the Everglades. Orlando being the lone exception, obviously.

The rest are isolated pockets in simple country. Cross City on west side of NC Fl, Palatka on the east. Perry.
