yeah I just heard about it last week - I don't know if its this year due to covid overdrinking? or what. was hoping some of the cultural/social media ambassadors could help me out.

I'm not sure Covid makes it any more palatable to me.

Sober months have been around for years.

According to Wiki it was started in 2013 by Alcohol Change UK. It grew from there.

Yeah, they were doing it for 4 or 5 years. Weirdly I’ve heard of others who did sober October who, as far as I know, weren’t Rogan followers. Who knows
