I had the same results, didn’t take the statin i recently started (heredity cholesterol). I think i might be fn myself up taking a natural sleep aid (herbal stuff), 10 mg melatonin, and getting sleepy watching something on ipad, could have fd up my circadian rhythm. Tonight, will write down crap pinging around my noggin, no sleep aid, and will read, no ipad. Woke up at 1, 3, 4:30, got up at 4:30.
Quit taking melatonin, other sleep aid stuff, and started “emptying my head” before crashing, definitely sleeping better, not staying awake when i do wake up at 1-4 am
