has Justice Ginsburg missing arguments been discussed? her retiring/Trump appointing another justice could be one of the impactful things to happen in the near future.

If anyone cares about that sort of thing here.
I was just watching Fox melt down over how catastrophic it is to have a judge miss a week. After they argued daily that holding up Obamas appointment for a year was no problem and that the court had been short handed before. Just not a single shred of honesty or morality.

Trump got his deferments for the wrong thing. They shouldn't have been for his disappearing, imaginary bone spurs - they should have been for that yellow streak down his back. - Sen. Duckworth - Pilot who lost both legs in Iraq

Vox.

No slant there.

Abortion has never about "choice" It's about escaping the consequences of your choices by taking all choices away from another human being.

There are no detailed records of five personal meetings President Donald Trump has had with Russian President Vladimir Putin, The Washington Post reported Saturday, citing US officials.

The reason being, Trump has gone to what the Post described as "extraordinary lengths" to keep the specifics of his conversations with his Russian counterpart under wraps.

Current and former US officials told the paper that Trump's efforts include confiscating the notes from his interpreter and not allowing them to discuss the details of the meetings with other officials in his administration.

The Post notes that this behavior by Trump is not usual per past presidential standards.

In the days after President Trump fired James Comey, the FBI began investigating whether the president had been working on behalf of Russia, reports the New York Times.

While looking at articles related to the Trump Russia connection, I ran across this from a few months ago. A bit too detailed but, bottom line, some hackers, got interest in the DNC hack and wanted to see if the RNC was being hacked. Instead they found a Trump server intended to send email blasts not sending any email but instead communicating a couple thousand times to a Russian bank which is shady and connected to the Russian government. They reported it to the FBI and as soon as someone connected the Russian government, the Trump organization shut down the server. Again no one asked the Trump organization. They shut it down after questions were asked of the Russians. Soon after a new link was established between the bank and another Trump server.
Examining records for the Trump domain, Max’s group discovered D.N.S. lookups from a pair of servers owned by Alfa Bank, one of the largest banks in Russia. Alfa Bank’s computers were looking up the address of the Trump server nearly every day. There were dozens of lookups on some days and far fewer on others, but the total number was notable: between May and September, Alfa Bank looked up the Trump Organization’s domain more than two thousand times. “We were watching this happen in real time—it was like watching an airplane fly by,” Max said. “And we thought, Why the hell is a Russian bank communicating with a server that belongs to the Trump Organization, and at such a rate?”
.
.
.
After analyzing the data, Max said, “We decided this was a covert communication channel.”

After all of this additional information coming out about Russia this weekend, just a few simple questions, especially for the Trump supporters.

Do you think the Trump Campaign worked with the Russians?

Do you think Trump knew about it?

Do you think Trump has been compromised by the Russians?

Yes or no, and if you're really brave, explain why.
