Tennessee fan says UF isnt a rival

https://allfortennessee.com/2018/09/23/ ... s-rivalry/
Here is what the “rivalry” looks like the past 30 years:

Past 5 games: 1-4
Past 10 games: 1-9
Past 15 games: 2-13
Past 20 games: 4-16
Past 25 games: 5-20
Past 30 games: 7-23
Again, I’m not harping on Volnation for caring and pouring their hearts into the Tennessee football program,; this post is for me too. It’s time for us to wake up and realize Florida owns Tennessee and always will. It’s never been a close rivalry, and until the Vols can provide evidence of change, it never will be

Yes, it's been less a rivalry and more of a backwoods fan base still delusional over their one supreme season over the last 30 years and clinging to the vestiges of their once competitive house.
As for the game, there is still a shit ton to work on for our boys. FF still looks indecisive and doesn't know how to properly run the option when asked...at least not consistently. The O-line did look better at times.
The defense looked much better in this game. The tackling was better. The effort was better. The blitzes were better. Still a little vulnerable in the secondary, but the young ones have to grow. Overall, we beat Tennessee's ass by 26 and that's great. But, we know we have to work. I think Mullen & Co realize that as well. Now, here are some shlinks. Thanks for keeping the fire burning from the prison orange side over the weekend, Cus.

Andreu's Answers: All three phases contribute for Florida.

Dooley's Sunday Blog: Pierce on the loose; late game collapses, Snell is good and some decent games upcoming.

Gators gain confidence, but also need consistency. Agree.
http://www.gatorsports.com/2018/09/dool ... nsistency/

Commit Humphries locked in with Gators.
https://www.gatorcountry.com/feature/hu ... da-gators/

Adam Shuler brings toughness, nastiness to Gators. Dude was good on Saturday.
https://www.gatorcountry.com/florida-ga ... s-defense/

Advanced stats review. One stat to consider was even though both teams were close in numbers, Tennessee ran a bunch more plays and we had way more yards per play than they did.
https://www.gatorcountry.com/feature/fl ... ts-review/

Baileigh's takeaways from Saturday night. Moving forward, I will be calling her "Bay Leave". Gators capitalize, Reese is heart of D, Swain is good and may be Florida's best WR.

And now the "fuck you, Gators" portion of the morning. In SDS "What we learned" O'Gara says Gators are "capable of beating a Power 5 team".
https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/sec-f ... team-2018/
And yes, Dickhead, MSU will be tougher, but they didn't exactly look great against Kentucky and got beat worse than we did.

A journey of sad fans being sad. Enjoy the tears and schadenfreude.

Liberty Bowl-bound against Texas Tech for the Gators.
https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/sec-f ... ky-flying/

Gators troll their rivals' need for a turnover gimmick, because they don't need one and lead FBS in forced turnovers. Because fuck FSU and Miami. Always and forever.
https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/flori ... ver-props/

CJ Henderson's sprint to the sideline and tackle/forced fumble of Pope signified difference between Mac and Mullen.
https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/flori ... tennessee/

No sugar coating the loss for Vols, they're worse than people thought. Or, are they?
http://gridironnow.com/no-sugarcoating- ... -imagined/

The win shows Gators moving in right direction, Tennessee feckless.
http://gridironnow.com/47-21-shows-gato ... direction/

Incremental improvements add up to big results.
https://www.readandreaction.com/2018/09 ... tennessee/

Also, let it not be forgotten that even though Tennessee committed 6 turnovers it wasn't like they were just throwing the ball up. Gators actually had to force many and make plays. Great hits on their QB, some great interceptions, great forced fumbles. The D came to play. Don't let that be forgotten when you're reading all the "Gators are just less shitty than Tennessee" crap you will see.

Recruits and commits react to Gator win.

Next year's 4-star QB commit Jalon Jones' quote:
"It was great and I was real excited to see them win. Great job by the Gators in all facets and I’m excited to carry on the winning streak next year when I get there."
Love that confidence.

Palm still has us going to Jax for TaxSlayer Bowl against Michigan.
https://www.cbssports.com/collegefootba ... redictions

Sallee gives Gators credit. Although I think his numbers on yards allowed is incorrect.
https://www.cbssports.com/college-footb ... t-sec-win/

Apparently, Tennessee just gave us all those turnovers and we didn't have to work for them.
https://www.si.com/college-football/201 ... ch-florida

Our loss to "top 10 Kentucky" doesn't look so bad. At least that's what these rankings have them as.

One more orange and blue dildo up the Tennessee rectum, then Tennessee AD John Currie called Mullen to gauge his interest in the Tennessee job and Mullen had reciprocated that interest. But Scott Stricklin stepped in and said "Fuck Tennessee" and slammed the door on them.
