Yes, it's been less a rivalry and more of a backwoods fan base still delusional over their one supreme season over the last 30 years and clinging to the vestiges of their once competitive house.
As for the game, there is still a shit ton to work on for our boys. FF still looks indecisive and doesn't know how to properly run the option when asked...at least not consistently. The O-line did look better at times.
The defense looked much better in this game. The tackling was better. The effort was better. The blitzes were better. Still a little vulnerable in the secondary, but the young ones have to grow. Overall, we beat Tennessee's ass by 26 and that's great. But, we know we have to work. I think Mullen & Co realize that as well. Now, here are some shlinks. Thanks for keeping the fire burning from the prison orange side over the weekend, Cus.

Advanced stats review. One stat to consider was even though both teams were close in numbers, Tennessee ran a bunch more plays and we had way more yards per play than they did.

Baileigh's takeaways from Saturday night. Moving forward, I will be calling her "Bay Leave". Gators capitalize, Reese is heart of D, Swain is good and may be Florida's best WR.
